What is the Double Factor® Technique?
The Double Factor® is an innovative technique for the placement of dental implants that merges guided and navigated surgery into a single, faster and more precise procedure for patients who have lost all of their dentition.
In a single session and without opening their tissues, unless regeneration is required, the patient leaves the clinic with fixed implants and teeth after the operation.
It is carried out using minimally invasive surgery, which is guided by monitored navigation of the patient's mouth on a screen with 360º vision and 3D QR codes.

Dr. Pomares is a Stomatologist, Periodontist and Implantologist, an international reference in dental implant surgery.
Graduated in Medicine and Surgery in Alicante and MIR in Oviedo, she studied Periodontics in Oviedo, Implantology in Madrid and continued her training in the most advanced techniques in countries such as the United States, Italy, Portugal, Hungary, Brazil, Argentina and Israel, among others.
Author of several national and international publications, she is a collaborating lecturer on the International Master's Degree in Oral Surgery and Implantology at the University of Valencia.
In 1997 she founded Clínica Perio&Implant in Alicante (Spain) with exclusive dedication to Periodontics, Implantology and Oral Surgery.
